Targets at Team and Individual Level
Give Team A a S$1 million target this quarter and each of its members a S$200,000 target — then watch progress in real time. With multiple teams and multiple members tracked side by side, management finally sees which teams and which staff are performing, and can reward them accordingly.
How this benefits you:
- Team targets: Quarterly goals per team, managed by the team manager.
- Individual targets: Every staff member knows their number and where they stand.
- Performance clarity: Best-performing staff and teams are visible instantly.

An Optional Leaderboard That Sparks Performance
Turn performance into a game — if it suits your culture. The leaderboard shows who is performing well at any given time and can be seen across the company. Enable it or disable it with one switch.
How this benefits you:
- Company-wide visibility: Recognition happens in the open.
- Optional by design: Enable or disable leaderboards at any time.
- Reward with confidence: Decisions backed by live portfolio data.

Every Staff Member Sees the Whole Client
At staff level, each person sees the services a client has engaged with the organisation, what can be upsold or cross-sold to the same client, and all billing activity to date — turning portfolio managers into revenue growers.
How this benefits you:
- Service history: Everything the client has engaged, in one view.
- Upsell & cross-sell: Gaps and opportunities highlighted per client.
- Billing visibility: All billing activity at a glance.
Client Portfolio Management FAQs
What is Client Portfolio Management?
A feature (currently in Beta) that monitors the portfolios handled by every team member and tracks targets at both team and individual level — so management can see, at any time, which teams and staff are performing.
How do targets work?
A team manager with, say, three or five team members can be given a team target — for example S$1 million this quarter — while each staff member carries an individual target such as S$200,000. Multiple teams with multiple members are tracked side by side.
What is the leaderboard?
An optional, gamified leaderboard that shows who is performing well at any given time, visible across the company. It can be enabled or disabled to suit your culture, and helps management reward the best-performing staff and teams.
What do individual staff see?
At staff level, each person sees the services every client has engaged with the organisation, what they can upsell or cross-sell to the same client, and all the billing activity that has been done.
